The KGF Company’s team of experts is dedicated to designing
and building luxurious elite villas all over the world. Our
greatest challenges are the most demanding projects of
super-exclusive villas, castles and estates for clients to
whom only sky is the limit. Every work of master craftsman
Goran Knezevic is unique and will never be copied, even if
another client would insist upon it. We also guarantee that
at the same price, no one in the world will be able to even
remotely copy our work.
Apart from building completely new objects, KGF also does
reconstruction of old or abandoned villas from all
historical periods and brings them to their original state.
Mr. Knezevic takes particular pride in the reconstruction of
the secession villa in Zadar (Croatia), and has several
other unique ideas for similar-styled villas. The land area
of the object depends only on the client's wish.
The interior floor plan and decoration is done in
collaboration with the architect and according to the
client's wishes. KGF is also prepared to build several such
buildings in the very vicinity of each other, forming an
elite neighborhood. Of course, every project includes the
complete horticulture, park design, walkways, artificial
waterfalls, wall and floor mosaics, pools, driveways,
helipads, gardens, fountains and anything else the client
desires.
Besides the construction itself, we also offer the
possibility of searching for the suitable location. All our
solutions include:
- Interior or exterior swimming pools
- An elevator, either interior or exterior panoramic
elevator
- Underground garages and other underground objects (wine
cellars, control rooms, private movie theaters and other
custom objects)
- Glass domes in living rooms, where the room height from
the floor to the top of the dome is around 7 meters
- The old villa stile exterior appearance from before 100 to
150 years
- Complete landscaping, garden, fountain ...
- Possibility to build in the platform i.e. helipad on each
building design
KGF has prepared a design for a much bigger villa, a castle,
in the old villa style as well. Castle 'Francesco' (on the
picture below) consists of four towers connected by
staircases and walkways. In the middle there is a glass
dome, a fountain and a garden. On each tower there is a
panoramic elevator, and at the top a space for a swimming
pool or a helipad. Under the building there are underground
garages and other equipment necessary for such a building.
The foreseen surface of the building is 50x50m, and the
tower height around 20m. The optimal land surface would be
4000 to 5000 m2.
The villas are
turn-key projects, which means that besides the building
process and landscaping, KGF also takes care of interior
decorating, which includes unique fireplaces and other such
details, unique pieces of art and luxury chandeliers,
specially designed for each individual object. All investors
and clients can make an appointment and take a look
themselves at the objects built or restored by KGF. Should
you decide to sign a contract with us, we offer the option
of a live internet stream of the object, 24 hours a day, so
you can supervise the building process.
Apart from castles and villas, KGF also offers luxury
palaces or haciendas, and would like to emphasize the
possibility of making villas with stone facades. The
financial plan is very suitable for all investors and
clients, you can get a super-luxurious villa, 600-700 m2 at
the price of about 2.5 million euros. KGF can make objects
from 100 m2 to 1000 m2 and beyond, depending on the wishes
